How to Connect Eufy HomeBase 2 to Wi-Fi

  • Ethernet Cable: To establish a temporary wired connection between the HomeBase 2 and your router.
  • Smartphone or Tablet: Running the Eufy Security app.
  • Wi-Fi Network Details: Network name (SSID) and password.
  • To connect your HomeBase 2 to Wi-Fi, you need to install and set up the Eufy Security app on your smartphone or tablet. Follow these steps:
  • Open your device’s app store (App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android).
  • Search for “Eufy Security” and install the app developed by Anker Innovations.
  • Once installed, open the app and create a new account or sign in if you already have one.
  • Open the Eufy Security app and log in to your account.
  • Click on “Add Device” to initiate the pairing process.
  • Select the HomeBase model you have (HomeBase, HomeBase 2, or HomeBase 3) from the available options.
  • Ensure that your router and HomeBase are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, then tap “Next” to proceed.
  • Open the Eufy Security app on your smartphone or tablet.
  • Go to the “My Device” section and select your HomeBase from the list of connected devices.
  • Tap on the settings icon next to your HomeBase to access its settings.
  • Select “Connection” from the menu options.
