Step One: Identify Your 2.4GHz WiFi Network

Before starting the setup process, it’s crucial to identify and select the correct 2.4GHz WiFi network from your router.

Many routers offer both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, and it’s vital to choose the 2.4GHz SSID for connecting your Eufy doorbell successfully.

Step Two: Connect Your Mobile Device to the 2.4GHz WiFi Network

For Android Devices

1. Unlock your Android device and access the Settings menu.

2. Locate the Wi-Fi Settings and enable Wi-Fi by toggling the Wi-Fi button ON.

3. A list of available WiFi networks will appear. Select the 2.4GHz WiFi network that you identified in the previous step.

4. Enter the password for the selected 2.4GHz WiFi network. Once connected, you’ll see a blue checkmark or the word “Connected” next to the network name.

For iOS Devices

1. Unlock your iOS device and access the Settings menu.

2. Enable Wi-Fi by toggling the Wi-Fi button ON.

3. From the list of available WiFi networks, select the 2.4GHz network you identified earlier.

4. Enter the password for the network, and a blue checkmark will appear once you are successfully connected.

Troubleshooting: If your WiFi network name or SSID doesn’t explicitly indicate whether it is 2.4GHz or 5GHz, don’t worry; you can still find out which network you’re connected to. Here’s how:
